Contented customer

Ordered Roto mpk 250P wheelbarrow in March. Stock shortage of desired colour resulted in delivery delay to late April. Not a problem as tel and email communication good at all times and eventual delivery as promised. Omitted puncture proof wheels followed on promptly. Very happy with the barrow and the price quoted, including delivery, the most competitive found on-line. Would deal with this firm again and recommend to others.

Excellent Service

Excellent Service . I ordered a Ladies Rab Jacket on Sunday was immediately dispatched arrived with me today Tuesday . Perfect ? web price was the best I found . First time I,ve ordered from e-outdoors will definitely re order from them would highly recommend this Company to Family and Friends.

Too many issues...

Too many issues with stock availability. Problem with communication. They dispatched my order with one item not included. After dosens of mails I got a refund.

Very reliable and efficient.

Even in these times e-outdoor got my delivery to me in very good time and I was kept informed with tracking etc every step of the way.Would definitely use again.Very reliable company.

No free returns

This statement from there website is not true:FREE EXCHANGESWe offer free return postage to customers in Mainland UK who are returning items to us for an alternative. Customer services ignored several emails to ask how to use their free return service in the end I paid £7 to return it for an exchange.

Rubbish

Ordered 3 items. A week later I get an email saying 2 items have been sent, no mention of the third. When I flagged it up they said they didn't have any in stock and there's nothing they could do but refund or swap for an alternative item, for which they had nothing even slightly suitable. Rubbish. Why take customers money for stock you do not have?

I have used this company over the last month or so for 6 different purchases with no issues at all. The items arrive when they were supposed to and in perfect condition. Will definitely use again.

Bit wary at first to what seemed low…

Bit wary at first to what seemed low prices. Ordered one item (Jack Wolfskin Helium Jacket) as a “test”. Item arrived to Ireland 3 days following my order and the jacket was perfect along with the price.......I’ve ordered more items already. Great quality with excellent service and prices

I purchased an item which was delivered…

I purchased an item which was delivered very quickly. However it was too small, despite it being the same size and from a manufacturer I have purchased from several times before. Contacted this company six times to arrange at first and exchange but now a return and I seem to have the same issue as others; they just ignore you. I have contacted PayPal who will hopefully be able to help, but e-outdoor have so far ignored these messages through PayPal as well.

No Refund, No Corresponace, No Product

I placed my order and paid for in advance only to be told days later its out of stock. I have e mailed twice with no reply and no deposit.This is a business on the brink of bankrupcy. Do not use!!!

Poor customer care

Have sent 5 emails now to try to arrange an exchange. Nothing back from them at all. The phone line just directs you to an email. I guess if they ignore it long enough my return window will expire. Will not use again
